Puncture is a branding and design studio focused on helping organizations create a culture through thoughtful brand identities. We connect identity with experience, helping to elevate and execute their brand across multiple platforms.

As we’ve expanded our portfolio, the number of clients seeking help executing their brand identity among multiple channels has grown. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Production Designer to join our creative team.

Responsibilities

Project Execution: Collaborate with our design team to take conceptual designs and produce high-quality, print-ready and digital-ready files across various formats and specifications. This includes everything from adaptation for different mediums and print production, to image retouching and colour correction.

Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all collateral, adhering to established design guidelines and standards.

File Management: Organize and manage design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-structured for collaborative work.

Communication: Effectively communicate with the design team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications. Report to the project’s design lead and creative director.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as a Production Designer or similar role in a graphic design studio or related field.

Technical Skills: Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) with a strong understanding of print and digital production processes. Some knowledge of Premiere, After Effects and Video files formats a bonus.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work. Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of production.

Organization: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Team Collaboration: A team player who can work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and other team members. 

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve design production challenges efficiently.

Compensation

$55,000/year + Benefits
